What happens at 25 patients on the free plan?
Patient creation is blocked. You can continue working with existing patients, but you'll need to upgrade to add new ones.

Is my data safe?
The database and photos are hosted in Sydney, encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). We never share or sell clinical data. AI writing features use de-identified text processed by overseas AI providers. Names, dates of birth, Medicare numbers and other identifying details are removed before anything is sent.
What is the Clinic plan?
