Is there really a free tier?
Yes — genuinely free, forever, for up to 108 patients. No credit card required. AI features (analysis, letters, briefs) are fully included while you have 51 or fewer patients.
What happens when I reach 51 patients on the free plan?
Core tracking (lesions, procedures, histology, reminders) stays fully functional. AI features lock until you upgrade to Clinician. You can still add patients up to 108.
What happens at 108 patients on the free plan?
Patient creation is blocked. You can continue working with existing patients, but you'll need to upgrade to add new ones.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade to Clinician any time from your profile page. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period.
Is my data safe?
All data is stored in Australia (AWS ap-southeast-2), encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). We never share or sell clinical data. No identifiable patient information is sent to AI models.
What is the Clinic plan?
Clinic (coming soon) is for multi-clinician practices — multiple individual logins under one shared Stripe bill. Each clinician keeps their own patient pool. Join the waitlist to be notified when it launches.
